2010 is turning out pretty good so far. Work has defiantly fun, getting back into the groove as well as my position. Yoga teaching has been great. I am defiantly getting stronger and stronger, as well as confident is all aspects. I feel like I am never going to get bored of learning all that there is to know about yoga. I taught it at work today, it was pretty good teaching with co-worker and looking forward to doing it again.
This week I got the chance to meditated with Tibetan monks, one being a monk who was called by the Dalai Lama when he was 12. The energy that existed while I was in meditation as they chanted was amazing. A sense of bliss with a sense of wonder and exploration! I went with friends and we sat and talked to them for about 2 hrs after, it was pretty interesting, also they made a wicked ginger tea! The experience is pretty hard to explain, defiantly something personal, as well as intimate. It was defiantly an intimate experience. I am grateful for it.

I finally went to a ballet class, I have been saying I want to go to a ballet class for like 5 years and I finally went! It was a lot of fun, and a lot of work. But it was nice to be back in a dance studio. I enjoyed the bar work, I remembered that when I was younger. The choreography I found hard, but I also know I have a bad memory for it. Although, the teacher did go a bit fast, it was great. My left calf got damage, and I had to sit out for a couple of the end choreography. My body though feels soo good and free. Even though ballet is very structured, my body always liked it. I will probably be heading back to another class soon.

Here is a painting that I started working right before new years. To me I am not really even sure what is means, I just started painting and let what ever stream of consciousness would come out through the paint brush. I just hope people see different things in and take away something what ever it may be. I have heard many different things from people with what they see in it.
