Well where to begin!
First this summer I am treating myself before moving to Vancouver to a homage to North India. Backpack a bit, and then stay in an ashram for 2-4 weeks, and get a taste of ashram life. I am super excited for this. Been in talks with some of my friends from my yoga training, so hopefully things will manifest to meet them there and stay in the ahsram together. There area where I am planning on going is called Rishikesh, its the world capital of India, where the Beatles went, so it is a bit touristy, but I am not going to judge. It is also right where the Ganges comes flowing out of the Himalayas. The spiritual energy there must be such an amazing feeling! The Ganges are so blue there, compared to the how polluted the river is in the rest of India.

I am just finishing up my 60 hour meditation instructors course that I started taking in October. So its kool getting the sense that I actually get and understand meditation, that I can teach it. Its not the most easiest thing to do once you start developing the techniques. All the inner awareness that comes out, is a lot to process.

I also just signed up for a yoga sutra chanting course with my friend Tasha, as well just signed up for 3 workshops during the Yoga Conference in March. One on backbending, another on on adjustments and restorative poses, and then one on arm balancing. I am super excited for all 3 off of them, as well as the conference. Great for learning, great for networking and just going to learn so much! When I wrote my goals out on New Years day for 2010, I said I wanted to take 3 workshops, on backbending, arm balancing or inversons and adjustments. I have been slowly researching and couldn't find ones that fit my schedule and now I have!!! It so fun when you can check off goals!

Ohh my car also got towed the other weekend, it was a defiantly a learning curve, as well as a test to keep my stress levels down. Thought I mention that for the sake of a random fact.
