Well I haven't dated in a while. February was really just a very busy and blah month for me. Got stuck in my head a whole lot. The beginning of the month was however exciting. I booked my trip to INDIA this summer!!!! Soo excited. I'm going with my best friend from high school and one of my closest friends from my yoga teacher training in Guatemala. The trip starts in Delhi and then we had to the Taj Mahal for just a day, then back to Delhi, then headed to Dharamshala (McLeod Ganj) which is named Little Tibet, its where the Dalai Lama lives and where the Tibetan Government sits. Then we are travelling around the Himalayan foothills for a couple of days, then training across northeast India to Rishikesh (which has received the nickname of Yoga capital of the world), where we are staying at a yoga ashram for 15 days and experiencing yogi lifestyle. I am soooo super excited for this trip! Its going back to mother India as most yogi says. Back to where my spiritual background had develop centuries ago.

I realized that it has been 10 years since I began to practice yoga, and fall in love with it as a lifestyle foundation. There is something so empowering when you realized you have consistently had something in your life for that amount of time, and only coming into my 24th year.

I have finally completed my advance self-awareness meditation course and just waiting to see if I received a certificate that says I am competent to instruct others. Taking the course was defiantly trying sometimes, especially for personal reason with loved ones in my life. It was a huge further self exploration into my inner being. Allowing yourself to be so self-aware has such benefits to it, and everyone in the course had such difference experiences. Having the course be 5 months was great because we really developed a little community and became good friends. It was a great sanga!

I have a lot of updating to do on this blog, but just thought I would put up a post for what has been most significant in my past month.
