Yesterday, I taught a beautiful yoga class in the park by my house. 4 students, lots of flow, beginners doing headstands and bow pose. . . it was wonderful. Then spent the day with two friends walking around Taste of Little Italy having lots of good laughs, needed venting and enjoying the sun. Sometimes life just seem so at peace and all the drama and worry is on the shelf.
I spent time with my papa on Saturday getting two new front tires. . . greatest deal at walmart 1 tires for 51$ which is unheard of for a piece of rubber with tracks on it.
Then went out for Pho, I was surprised my dad knew of it and said its his new favorite dish. We then came back to my parents place, had a beer while working on my car. Finally fixed the bumper from fender bender I had in the fall. Changed the oil and washed the cars. It was great quaility time with my dad. I often realize how lucky I am to have parents that are still together, and have two parents that are soo great. I mean they have their moments, but we do. What I like most about my dad is that he supports me know matter what, even if he doesn't really agree with it.
Count down to India has begun. . . 21 days!
