Going to camp I think was such a great transition for me from India to Toronto. Now I am back home and slowly getting back into the swing of things. Enjoying a starbucks and a nice longboard ride. The one thing I have noticed is that although India has this amazing energy to it, there is this peaceful energy that exist in Toronto. But most of the time we allow ourselves to get so caught up on trival worry and the rush of time. But I even realized this before I left. As I walk through Little Italy and look around, you see many people smiling and feel the environment. If I wake up early enough, this area has this almost pristine city energy. The sunrise as it creeps over buildings, reflecing of windows, and shining through the trees that line College St West.
Traveling, if you allow can give you sucha revitalizing out look on home and life. Embracing what you learned, but accepting that it doesn't set you apart.
