Settled into my new home with my new roomie Fontane. Yes, obviously we are in our honey moon stage of living together, but so far it has been great. Schedule work well together, and our line of communication is really good. The energy in the home is growing beautifully. We have our differences but what is life without them. I know the next year (that's our lease) will be great, and hopefully even longer. I can tell you that after this move, I am really tired of moving. I have moved 3 times this year, not including a trip to India and 9 days spent up at camp. . . so I am defiantly tired of packing everything up, moving it and then unpacking it. I hope the universe plans for me to stay put here.

Now that we are well into 2011. I have come to realize how I really want to allow this year to be a noble one. I decided to create a theme for this year. I decided I wanted to embody what it means to be noble.

When I looked it up in the dictionary it said: "Having or showing qualities of high moral character, such as courage, generosity, or honour."

I take this into the year being true to myself, as well as true to other people. To be a full expression of myself at all times, while being brave, compassionate, and give honour to myself and others. Not being afraid of being myself, and trying to conform to other people's expectations of me. That has been the whole reason why I became a yoga instructor, and why I have decided to teach it full time. Teaching it, allows me to study myself more. I become a better teacher of yoga, by constantly being a good student of yoga. Which really means I am always being a good student of myself.
Being noble with myself, which then allows for nobility to shine outwards.

I want to be more open, and risk taking with my expression of myself. I mean I think everyday we take risks with our lives. But not really with exposing ourselves in this demanding society.

So I encourage you to study yourself, and how you can be more yourself at all times, and take risk.
