Plans Changing!

About to catch the bus to Key Long, to then catch the bus to Leh, but found out a cloud had burst in Leh. . .making the roads dangerous. Thus not able to head to Leh, causing mass destruction. Floods have not happened in the Ladakh region in over 80 years. Watching the news has been quite uncomfortable seeing some shots of cars smashed against walls as well as hearing how many people are missing and have been killed. So far no foreigners are miss or dead. One friend who went a few days earlier then us updates his facebook saying stuck in Leh. Minimum 15 days to fix the roads. Was so looking forward to it. New Plan might be to go Key Long, and then go east to Spiti. Closer to Tibet and has the similar environment, and safer roads.
